Where we ship

We ship to the destinations offered at checkout. Available options and any restrictions are shown there before you pay.

Delivery times & costs

Orders are dispatched within a few business days; delivery time and shipping cost depend on the destination and are shown at checkout.

Age check on delivery

As our products contain alcohol, the courier may ask for ID on delivery, and we deliver only to recipients of legal drinking age.

Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you generally have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase. To be eligible, bottles must be unopened, unused and in their original, undamaged condition.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once we have received and checked the returned items.
